If you have recently purchased a Body Armor 4X4 bumper for your Subaru here is a guide for what winch's will fit.
The use of winches larger then the manufacturers recommended maximum winch size is highly discouraged and could result in vehicle mounting point failure. The Body Armor 4X4 Subaru bumpers accommodate most aftermarket 5500lbs winches. We test fitted the Warn Axon 55 with no issues. If you have a specific winch in mind you can compare it with the dimensions of the Warn Axon 55 and as long as it is comparable in size you will be good to go. We have included a diagram with dimensions included of the Warn Axon 55 winch below for your convenience.
