# Dealer Web Next Gen Tips
## The next generation of Dealer Web is all new and can come with some questions. Find out more.
**Where do I send issues? **
IT Help Desk. Include the customer number, the dealer's login email, a screenshot of the message and the time.
**How do I reset a password?**
Password resets are done by reps now:
Sales Portal (portal.thewheelgroup.info) → Sales → DW Password Reset.
Search by company, customer # or email, click Reset, and copy the message it gives you to the dealer. You can reset your own login there too.
If you don't see the page, ask IT.
**How does a dealer get their first sign-in?**
The dealer signs in at dealers.thewheelgroup.com with the temporary password and sets their own right away. The new password needs an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter, a number and a symbol. Forgot password only works after that first sign-in.
Temporary passwords last 30 days.
**What happens if they get** **Error messages?**
"Incorrect username or password" means reset it in the portal.
"Not registered as a B2B customer" or "sign-in method doesn't match" is not a password problem, please send it to IT.
**How are new dealers or email changes made?**
AR updates the Web Email in PRO andnd copy IT Help Desk. Changing it in PRO alone doesn't create the new login or turn off the old person's access.
**What emails work best? **
Ask dealers for a shared address like parts@ or orders@, not one person's email. It keeps working when that person leaves.
**When do Dealer Web orders hit PRO? **
Web orders reach PRO on their own in 1 to 2 minutes. Don't key them again, because that ships the order twice. If something on a web order is wrong, fix the sales order in PRO.
