Keep your HubSpot data clean and actionable. This will allow you to stay on top of customers and for marketing to be able to share important messaging.

CONTACTS
- Confirm correct First + Last Name
- Confirm or update Email Address
- Add Phone Number (if available)
- Assign Company / Account Name
- Assign correct Owner
- Set correct Lifecycle Stage (Lead, MQL, Customer, etc.)
- Add any missing job titles
COMPANIES
- Make sure Companies are linked to Contacts
- Confirm Company Name + Domain
- Add Industry (if blank)
- Confirm correct Region / Rep Ownership
- Clean out duplicates
DEALS (if applicable)
- Check that Deals are tied to Contacts & Companies
- Confirm Deal Stage is current
- Add missing close dates or amounts
- Close out dead or inactive deals
NOTES & TASKS
- Add notes from recent calls/emails
- Set follow-up tasks or reminders
- Log any marketing needs or asset requests
MARKETING USABILITY
- Confirm opt-in for email (if applicable)
- Add Tags or Lists for campaign targeting
- Use consistent naming/labeling (for filtering & segmentation)
