# HubSpot Tip: Tracking Displays

## Keep track of the in-store displays placed with your customers and keep them fresh.

When you set up any displays, paid or free, create a note in HubSpot with the part numbers you sent and make a follow-up task for 1 year to refresh the display. You will be able to see what we sent, and also with the follow-up, you won't forget who has displays and can stay on top of refreshing them annually.
