# PRO Tip: Item Master

## Looking for an odd part or can’t remember the part number of a seldom used item? Find it quickly in ITEM MASTER.

**Maintain**\>**Inventory Items**\>**Item Master**

Select the ITEM SEARCH at the end of the Description field

Make sure the filters are set to **Item Description**, **Contains**, and then enter your keyword, phrase or any part of the description and click **OK**.

Voila!  You’ll get a filtered list of all part numbers matching your search criteria!
