With this new procedure, the Sales Team is responsible for recording lost sales in PRO, while the Operations Team provides feedback and corrective actions related to out-of-stock (OSTK) and out-of-stock company-wide (OSTKW) issues. Additionally, the Brand Team will offer insights on competitor pricing (COMP), overpricing (PRICE), and application/fitment issues (SPECS).
